“Blessed Unrest” is the story of the composer Michael Dodds (UNCSA) as he draws from his life experiences to produce a symphony. Raised in the Peruvian Amazon, Michael’s story begins in a cacophony of nature, follows him through traumatic experiences and personal setbacks, and travels with him on an extraordinary journey of creation. Narrated by acclaimed actress Rosemary Harris, this documentary film transports the viewer through Peru, coastal North Carolina, and Italy, ending with a concert in Winston-Salem.
