SYNOPSIS:

BONJOUR TRISTESSE is a coming-of-age romantic drama film, adapted from the 1954 novel by Françoise Sagan. The film follows Cécile (Lily McInerny) and her widowed father Raymond (Claes Bang), who are spending the summer in the south of France with his latest flame, Elsa (Nailia Harzoune). However, the equilibrium is disrupted by the arrival of Anne (Chloë Sevigny), who is an old friend of Cécile’s parents.
