In recognition of Warner Bros.’s 100th Anniversary and RiverRun’s 25th Anniversary, we’re showcasing this audience favorite from 1998! Two New York bookstore owners fall in love over the Internet, but when they meet in real life, they are pitted against each other in a battle of businesses. Director Nora Ephron was inspired by the 1930s film “The Shop Around the Corner,” and this film marked the third pairing of popular screen duo Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks.
