Michael Morin is a film festival director, storyteller, screenwriter, and producer of film, music videos, and commercials committed to bold, disruptive cinema and meaningful inclusion. With a background spanning music, film, and live events, he champions emerging artists, amplifies underrepresented voices, and creates unforgettable audience experiences that bridge advocacy and entertainment.

Mary Dossinger was the Program Director for the RiverRun International Film Festival for 18 years and will celebrate her 19th Festival this year as a consultant. As Program Director, Mary oversaw all aspects of the film programming, the entire festival schedule and all filmmaker correspondence. Prior to joining the team at RiverRun, Mary received her Masters in Fine Arts in Contemporary Cinema Cultures from The University of London – King’s College London in 2007. She also earned her Bachelor of Arts at Emory University. She has had a varied career and has lived all over the world, starting in Guildford, England and then Athens, Greece; Houston, TX; Anchorage, AK; Atlanta, GA; Washington, DC and London, England.

With a lifelong love of the arts and shaped by a childhood in beautiful, rural Rockingham County (NC), Tiffany has always been inspired by the beauty of place and the power of community—and dedicated her professional life to championing nonprofit organizations. In addition to RiverRun, her career includes meaningful work with the Museum & Archives of Rockingham County, Culture Project, The Studio Museum in Harlem, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, and New York City Opera, where she helped advance missions centered on creativity, access, and social impact. She is a graduate of Catawba College with a BA in Arts Administration.

Karen McHugh, RiverRun’s Theatre Operations Manager, was one of the original staff members of RiverRun at its inception; she left in 2007 to pursue other non-profit interests, only to return years later as a seasonal employee. Along with Theatre Ops, she is on the Animated Shorts screening committee and assists with fundraising. Her other part-time jobs are working at Greater Winston-Salem, Inc, and loving on her four grandchildren.

Robin Bralley is the Volunteer Coordinator at RiverRun and a lifelong Forsyth County resident. Robin loves getting to meet new folks from across the community. Outside of RiverRun, Robin enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and watching films.

David hails from Austin TX, by way of Memphis TN. He's been programming for RiverRun in some capacity since 2015. When he's not doing that he's playing with his kids, reading an old X-Men comic, or watching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Kate Lemberg works in programming, artist development, and operations at film festivals all over the USA. Primarily, she is documentary programmer at RiverRun; Associate Manager, Industry & Artist Programs at Points North; features assistant programmer at Tribeca; and Film Nominations Associate at the Film Independent Spirit Awards. She has produced Middlebury New Filmmakers Festival and worked in artist programs or programming at Tribeca, DOC NYC, and Nashville. Kate has served as a juror/reviewer for Chicken & Egg, New Orleans Film Festival, NewFest New Voices, and the IDA Awards, and she is currently on the advisory committee for AIDC 2026 in Melbourne.

Noah Rosenblatt is a filmmaker, producer, editor, and actor who has spent years happily lost in the chaos of independent film festivals. He’s served as Technical Director for Cucalorus and First Cut as well as Media Coordinator for Uptilt. Father of three, surfer for life, and now Operations Manager at RiverRun.

Katie Hall Nicolas is the founder of The Hall Nicolas Group (hallnicolas.com), a marketing and strategy consultancy based in Winston-Salem, NC. With over 15 years of experience on the client side, across nonprofits, marketing agencies, and for-profit businesses, she brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution to every engagement. She is happy to serve as the Development Manager of this year's festival.

Angelisa Stewart has been a part of the RiverRun International Film Festival team since 2008, helping make sure visiting filmmakers get where they’re supposed to go—and occasionally providing the first unofficial tour of Winston-Salem along the way. A longtime local and IT consultant by day, she spends most of the year wrangling servers and solving technical mysteries. During festival week she happily trades command lines for car keys and enjoys meeting filmmakers from all over the world while helping keep RiverRun rolling along.

Eric Self is the Exhibition Coordinator of the Moving Image Archives at the UNC School of the Arts. In addition Eric has worked behind the scenes on the technical crew for various festivals throughout the years, including the Telluride Film Festival and Sedona International Film Festival as well as being the Exhibition Coordinator at RiverRun for 20 years.

Matt Jones is the Associate Curator of the Moving Image Archives at the UNC School of the Arts. In addition Matt works various roles in festivals throughout the year, including the Telluride Film Festival and MountainFilm as well as being the Technical Director for RiverRun. As one of the longest tenured staff members, Matt has been involved with RiverRun since it originally moved to Winston-Salem!

Gabriel Monroe Eckert is an Actor and Filmmaker based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Gabriel has always had a lifelong passion for film and filmmaking, and has now joined the RiverRun team to help continue his efforts towards uplifting independent cinema.

Christian Arnder is an illustrator, graphic designer, artist and creative director. He has worked with bands, brands, design firms and individuals over the past decade on a variety of projects.
